Advanced Talent Education Programmes for Gifted Students in Hong Kong

This programme has been funded by EDB (Gifted Education Fund No. 2019- 004 with HK$980,000) as an extension of the above TAE programme. This programme provided 4 full Saturday Math/3D lessons and 2 half Saturday Psychology workshops to a total of 50 selected gifted students of Hong Kong in the summer of 2020. About 10 of these students were further enrolled in special individual research projects each matched with an undergraduate or graduate student of CityU.

The objective of this program are planned to enhance the visuospatial abilities of students in mathematics through STEM- enriched learning activities and provide opportunities for these gifted students to experience university research life.
